These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the Selah worship notes app (the "App"). By using the App, you are considered to agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the service

Selah is an iOS and Android app for writing and managing worship notes. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Subscriptions and payments

Selah offers the following paid plans:

• Monthly subscription: renews automatically every month
• Yearly subscription: renews automatically every year
• Lifetime: one-time purchase, permanent use

Please note the following about subscriptions:

• Prices are the amounts shown in the App Store or Google Play and may include taxes.
• You cancel or change a subscription in the store where you paid for it.
• Subscriptions and Lifetime purchases can also be used on your other devices that connect Google Drive sync with the same Google Account, including devices on a different operating system from the store where you paid (for example, paying on an iPhone and using it on an Android tablet).
• A purchase can be used with only one Google Account at a time. If, on a device that uses the store account you paid with, you connect a different Google Account or restore purchases without connecting Google Drive sync, the purchase moves there and can no longer be used on other devices connected to the previous one.

If you purchased in the App Store (iOS)

• Your subscription is charged automatically within the 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel and manage your subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Refunds after purchase follow Apple's refund policy.

If you purchased on Google Play (Android)

• Your subscription renews automatically every billing period unless you cancel it.
• You can cancel and manage your subscription in the Play Store app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also open it directly at Google Play subscriptions.
• Refunds after purchase follow Google Play's refund policies.

3. Intellectual property

All content, design and code in the App are the intellectual property of Studio HEVV. Content you enter in the App, such as your worship notes, belongs to you.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is," and Studio HEVV does not guarantee uninterrupted use or error-free operation of the App. To protect against data loss, we recommend keeping sync (iCloud or Google Drive) turned on in the App's settings.

5. Changes to and termination of the service

Studio HEVV may change or end the service after giving prior notice. If the service ends, users with an active subscription will receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.

6. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
