How long does a cup take?
It depends on the temperature where you are and how much ice you pour. Hot days go quick, cold days take a while. More ice, longer; less, shorter.
I didn't allow location.
The ice melts at 20°C (68°F) instead of the real temperature. You can turn location on in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › til it melts.
Does the ice keep melting if I close the app?
Yes. The time left shows on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. If it doesn't, check that Live Activities are on in Settings › til it melts.
Where are my cups kept?
On your iPhone and in your own iCloud, so they come back on a new phone signed in to the same Apple ID. We can't see them. Only what you share on your fridge is visible to friends.
How do I add a friend?
Open your fridge and send your link or code. When they open it, you're friends. When a friend starts a cup, you get a ping and can tap Melt together.
I bought Club on another phone.
Open the Club screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID.
How do I cancel Club?
Settings › your name › Subscriptions › til it melts. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, Settings › Data. "Erase all records" clears your cups, magnets and items. "Delete account" removes your shared fridge, friends and name from our server.

한 잔은 얼마나 걸려요?
지금 있는 곳의 기온과 부은 얼음 양에 따라 달라요. 더운 날은 빨리, 추운 날은 천천히 녹아요. 얼음을 더 넣으면 길게, 빼면 짧게.
위치 권한을 허용하지 않았어요.
실제 기온 대신 20°C 기준으로 녹아요. 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 위치 서비스 › til it melts에서 켤 수 있어요.
앱을 닫아도 계속 녹나요?
네. 남은 시간은 잠금 화면과 다이나믹 아일랜드에 보여요. 안 보이면 설정 › til it melts에서 실시간 현황이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요.
기록은 어디에 저장되나요?
내 iPhone과 내 iCloud에 저장돼요. 같은 Apple ID로 로그인한 새 폰에서도 다시 볼 수 있어요. 저희는 볼 수 없고, 냉장고에 공유한 것만 친구에게 보여요.
친구는 어떻게 추가해요?
냉장고에서 내 링크나 코드를 보내세요. 친구가 열면 친구가 돼요. 친구가 한 잔을 시작하면 알림이 오고, 같이 녹이기를 누를 수 있어요.
다른 폰에서 Club을 결제했어요.
같은 Apple ID로 로그인한 뒤 Club 화면에서 구매 복원을 눌러주세요.
Club은 어떻게 해지해요?
설정 › 내 이름 › 구독 › til it melts에서 해지할 수 있어요. 다음 결제를 막으려면 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지해 주세요. 환불은 Apple이 처리해요: reportaproblem.apple.com
내 데이터를 지우고 싶어요.
앱의 설정 › DATA에서 할 수 있어요. '모든 기록 지우기'는 집중 기록·자석·아이템을, '계정 삭제'는 공유 냉장고·친구 목록·이름을 서버에서 지워요.
